WHAT TO REMEMBER FOR YOUR FIRST APPOINTMENT
ARRIVE 5-10 MINS EARLIER
This allows us to complete any necessary paperwork and answer any questions you may have.
MEDICARE/DVA OR PRIVATE HEALTH CARD
This helps us accurately process your benefits and keeps your records up-to-date, so we can focus on providing you with the best possible care.
BRING YOUR GP REFERRAL
Having this information helps us understand your medical history, coordinate with your primary doctor, and may be necessary for certain insurance or Medicare claims.
BRING ANY RECENT X-RAYS, OR OTHER RELEVANT IMAGING STUDIES
To provide the most accurate assessment and avoid duplicate tests, please bring any recent investigation reports, such as blood work, imaging scans, or other relevant studies, with you.
BRING YOUR MEDICATIONS / SUPPLEMENTS / ALLERGIES LIST
This information allows us to provide safe, personalised care and ensures your treatment plan is as effective as possible.
ANY OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION
We encourage you to bring any other relevant information, such as reports from other specialists or recent medical assessments. These documents help us understand your full health history and work in coordination with other providers.
PAYMENT
All payments are due on the day of your appointment. We accept cash and all card payments. No cheques or bank transfers will be accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment should you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A fee may be charged for failure to attend or cancellation at short notice.
